Instructions: The electronic TB register is very simple to understand and use. You will find most things in the software intuitive.
As part of the electronic TB register is an inbuilt context-specific help file. To open the help file, you will click on any blue question marks that will appear on any window inside the electronic TB register.
The context specific help file is almost like the user manual except that only the page that you are interested in will open up. For instance, if you are entering data, press CTRL+H on your keyboard to get details of what kind of data you should enter for that field.
Permissions: In this trial version, the option to delete or to import external data has been disabled.
Geographical nomenclature used in the trial version
During data entry, you will be prompted to enter the complete address of each TB patient. Depending on whether you are trying out the south Sudan or Uganda version, you will find the nomenclature different.
For Uganda, you will enter the District, County, Sub County and then the Village to make a complete address. The village is the smallest geographical unit in Uganda. Several villages together make up a Sub County. A County (Health Sub District or HSD) on the other hand may have several sub counties. And a district may have one or more counties.
If you like our software, please contact us and we shall customise it even further for you!
